Finally, I didn’t need to carry around my iPad, whose sole purpose, to be honest, was just to play Hearthstone. Is the trade-off convincing enough for me to ditch Hearthstone on my iPad and laptop completely? Lets find out. I use my desktop at home, my Macbook at work and my iPad when on the move to play Hearthstone (yes, I play a hell lot of it), now I also have it installed on my iPhone. Thousands of fans requested in the Blizzard forums for a phone version, and the company finally budged by released the iPhone and Android versions of this massively played game.

Blizzard did launch the game for Android tablets, but it was still limited only to tablets and not phones. Previously just an iOS exclusive (apart from Windows and OS X), Hearthstone was massively requested by Android users to port the game to their OS. Since its launch date, Hearthstone has managed to garner a base of almost 30 million registered users, all within a span of less than a year. Under normal circumstances, a good old game being ported on another device is decent news, but for Hearthstone, its a different story altogether. Blizzard’s legendary collectible card game Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft, originally restricted to Windows, OS X and tablets, recently launched on mobile phones (iOS and Android), owing to much celebrations of fans worldwide.
